Pavani brings over 30 years of hands-on leadership across Product Strategy, Data Architecture, and AI Automation—working at the intersection of business value and technical execution. Her background includes leading multi-million dollar initiatives at companies like ADP, CIT Group, and UnitedHealth Group (UHG), as well as advising startups on how to scale with speed, insight, and integrity.
Her experience includes envisioning and building new product lines such as ADP's new standalone tax filing for Fortune 100 clients, CIT Group's AI system that predicts repayment of $100 million loans with 93% accuracy, and UHG's source agnostic data wrangling tool used to free the data in the lake. Her experience extends across financial technology (banking and payroll tax filing), software startups (SaaS and data rich startups) as well as healthcare technology.
Pavani bridges the gap between technical execution and business momentum across the following areas:
